We are now distributing free Pay Master units to locations where people are waiting with time on their hands. We have been live since October 27th.

Each location has a 3 ring notebook in which we have our present catalog featured. We are aggressively looking for additional catalogs to feature in the notebook and are also looking for local vendors who would like to sell their product by way of a Pay Master self service transaction.
.
The more products we have to offer, the more people will use the Pay Masters which increases the likelihood that some of these people will use the Pay Master for opening or replenishing Gaming accounts.
.
Local vendors have their own local followings and who will find a Pay Master to purchase product from that vendor such as a local artist or crafts person who can simply laminate their product sheet and punch three holes in it for insertion into our 3 ring binder.
.
Start to scour the WEB and talk to your contacts who have products to sell. The deal is that they price their items with shipping costs included. We charge the Vendor 15% and we pay the credit card charges. We pay a continuing residual Finders Fee for vendors brought to us. Remember that a local craftsperson can receive national exposure by each Pay Master location featuring their product in our 3 ring notebook.

Additionally, if you have a high traffic location near you, then contact us and we will place the Pay Master at that location and will offer you further involvement if you are interested in participating in "the care and feeding" of the location.

I am in discussions with gaming operators to feature their games in our three ring notebook under the heading GAMING.

Start to contact your own leads for inclusion of their GAME in our 3 ring notebook. Betting Inc. will charge the player $3 to open their account with a credit card cash advance and we will charge the player $6 to replenish their account. Betting Inc. will pay a finders fee of continual residuals to those of you who bring Gaming companies to feature their product in our 3 ring notebooks under the GAMING section.

We already have 2 Pay Masters at Firestone Tire locations and I have
personally heard waiting customers say that they would use the Pay Master to open a gaming account as they waited for their tires to be
changed.
.
SPORTS BOOKS are a natural as are the German, Australian and other
international lotteries.
.
The more gaming operators included, the more usage of the Pay Master to legally open and replenish accounts, and the more revenues being
generated by Betting Inc., which means more good news for Betting Inc.
.
After we have enough Pay Master locations, we will then contact USA state lotteries about people using the Pay Master at public locations to pay per play the Lottery with an ATM card with PIN which is the same as cash to the lottery. On that transaction, Betting Inc. will make 6% of the wager as is presently the case at convenience food stores etc.

The November 5 Press Release on the Oberthur Smart Cards USA EASY CARD approach will bring non banked consumers to Pay Masters as the
EASY CARD will allow them to move real time non reversible cash.

Remember everyone that the strategy is very simple:

1. Utility companies will promote the usage of PERFECT devices to
pay bills by ATM cards and PINS for the banked and by EASY CARDS
for the non banked.

2. These devices will be aggressively promoted for home usage bill
payment equipment and will be migrating into the homes by
September 99.

3. Once into the homes as a bill payment device, then controlled and regulated home wagering will begin as people will have the ability to place real time non reversible cash wagers and the winnings will be automatically taxed.

By the year 2001, globally, everyone will have some type of PERFECT
device whether made by ET&T or made by SONY (SNE). These devices will have been promoted into the homes as a bill payment device.

The global gaming market will be 1 trillion dollars by 2001.

Of this, at least 30% will be PERFECT gaming transactions or a $300
billion market place by 2001.
