Here is a little good news to add to the confirmation some of the things already said.

1. The Signature transfer is currently scheduled to begin June 4 (always approximate).

2. The distributors are signing their contracts and sending them in right now. They are ready to begin work and have already laid considerable groundwork as the delay in starting has given them additional time to stack up contacts.

3. There is additional financing being probably procurred over what has already been announced. It may have the first input next week. This looks to be enough to drive the company to October. October is still considered to be the probable break even month. This will be applied toward the execution and service areas as heavily as possible.

4. The Babe Ruth project looks to be progressing nicely. There is anticipation the Allstars push will be successful.

5. Even if Marty does not get admitted to the board, it has caused a lot of thought toward some changes that will be acceptable to the shareholders. I am still hopeful of a favorable outcome.

Everyone must make their own decisions about their longevity in any investment. Continuing to punish everyone on the public forum does noone any good. Dissatisfaction resulting in selling one's position does not have to be emblazened in print continuously. It is tiring and serves no purpose. We are in the process of changing some shareholders and when this process is done the stock can then move into the recovery stage.
