AJ, your scenario os not implausible,,, but betwixt your thoughts you first confuse WAVX for WAVO (the Company Formerly Known as WavePhore :)) ,,,, it was WAVO (the Company Formerly Known as WavePhore) that stumbled out of Windoze 98.

I think bdcst.com-Level 3 is slightly negative to some of the HAUP proclamations we've seen here this week,,,,
