I know that Charter Communications is upgrading its cable and offering interactive features right now (insert in the latest bill.) Their internet access is offered in only a few cities, and is called "Charter Pipeline." That is it for the moment, so I doubt it is. I think PA is concentrating on accumulating his "Wired World" and putting all in place: internet, finance (i.e., SI, Stocksite, Datek, ICQ.com), entertainment, sports, etc. The long list of his investments, as posed on GNET, can give you a much better idea. I'll look for the specific post so you don't have to wade through it.
