CGEN has recently dipped to 19 on low volume. There's simply an ansence of buyers. I suspect that it's recent drop from 21 7/8 is due to the sale of some stock by a major institutional shareholder. The market makers are afraid they will sell more than drips and drabs, so they're getting out of the way. I'm looking for a pop after the Target shareholder meeting.
