Whats going on with the Liviakis Case in which you're being sued for stock fraud and manuipulation?

-- who used such online handles as ''ChiliBob,''
''Kiddollars,'' ''Mr.Pink'' and ''Harvly'' -- of
defamation and unfair business practices. In one
posting, John Liviakis, CEO of the $47 million
public-relations firm, is called a ''pedophile'' and
''swindler.'' In another, the suit says, Liviakis is
accused of ''unlawful short selling of stock,
unethical 'dumping' of stock and market
manipulation.''
