To All: We are approaching the 30 day above $40 mark required for the Morgan Stanley paper. Their have been many discussions concerning this situation, not the least of which multiple accusations that MS has manipulated the short side to keep this paper from being called. QUESTIONS 1. Is the paper automatically called if WCII maintains the above $40 for the required time? 2. Other than this paper being out of the market and the possible Manipulation component negated, would this have the same market considereation as covering short positions? WRM1
