OT OT - There should be no consequences to stealing top-secret information pertaining to weapons that could destroy us all. Oh, so China should stop trading with us because we are spying on them to determine such things as where there strategic assets are, what their military assets are, ... . (At least we had better be spying for these things, or someone really needs to be fired.) Obviously there should be consequences, but for the people who let it happen, not for the Chinese, Israeli's, French, US, Japanese, ... who are just doing what they should be expected to do - gather information.
