Thanks for the info! From what you are saying, combined with OPEC tanker transport times, we would have almost two months of panic in the oil pits. That is the minimum time for anyone's increased production to hit the US stocks. Cool!

Actually, now that I think about it, I would expect the big E&P's to take MUCH longer to react due to the excessive beauracracy.
