Nope.. an orebody is just that. Here is another definition from The Dictionary of geological terms:

Ore. A mineral or an aggregate of minerals which from the standpoint of a miner can be won at a profit or from the standpoint of a metallurgist, can be treated at a profit.

From another reference:

An orebody is a continuous, well-defined mass of material containing enough ore to make extraction of minerals economically feasible.

The term Reserves define the the size and grade of an orebody. Reserves can be in the proven (measured) or probable (indicated) category.

I don't think he did say that exactly. But the statement about 196M tons of material and > 1 opt of gold recoverable per ton of ore is misleading.
