I do not understand why anyone is buying. The company has announced that it be in bankruptcy. All assets (old and new) would be subject to creditor claims. Even if Kap had a viable internet strategy how can Kap proceed with no cash. Any cash raised or assets acquired would immediately go to the creditors. Right now Kap is not even useful as a shell. Where am I am wrong in this thought process?
