[What is the next step?]

Pat & others,

The last few weeks have been an "Amati rollercoaster". We have sat
on the edge of our seats waiting for news...only to be disappointed.

AMTX tends to slide on a "news vaccum" and that's the last thing we
would all like to see. So having said that:

1) What announcements do you expect to see next... is the USRX
announcement good/bad for Amati and why?

2) What happened at the Goldman Sachs conf? Any news?

3) When can we understand the business model that Amtx has struck
with TI and others?

4) What is you guess on a Telcom relationship?

I find it confusing if DMT with TI is "right around the corner" and
TI has a partnership with USRX..why roll-out a CAP solution...when
USRX could afford time to get there X2 product-line going?

thanks

Bob
