heheheh... your grasp of the language makes me chuckle (no offense intended). Under ordinary circumstances, no. Buying stock on the open market would not improve the company's cash position. However, IMO, since MPTV seems to continue their trend of selling shares out of the treasury, I guess it's entirely possible that providing buying pressure when they are selling can "help" them with their purchase of the property in a perverse sort of way.
