Now take a look at what the short seller did not show you regarding Listing of Planned Sales: biz.yahoo.com As you see NO sale price is listed in the Price Column; mean ZERO shares have been sold. The registration is just a formality which every company does which last a three month period. After that if they so choose they must register again. But many of the names listed are those who had shares in the merger company. They too have to register their shares. But as you see, the short seller did not tell you that part. Again, another deceptive FEAR tactic in the art of short selling.
