Cook's not going to market it through a law firm, but IMO he will find strtegic partners in the industry with a proven ability to market both to vendors and consumers. Naturally, he will wait to reveal who the strategic partners will be. They must still be filing to protect their intellectual properties (IP), and, until that is concluded, why would Cook disclose exactly who their marketing partners may be? Play it close to the vest until it's time to show your hand. Smart player.
