REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- NetObjects Inc. (Nasdaq: NETO - news) and Lotus Development Corp. today
announced that its e-business site building software, NetObjects Fusion Enterprise Edition, including NetObjects Fusion, NetObjects ScriptBuilder(TM) and
NetObjects BeanBuilder(TM), is commercially available in a new bundle with the Lotus Domino Application Studio.

The Lotus Domino R5 Application Studio, which is designed to meet the needs of Web teams, combines technology from NetObjects, Lotus, and IBM (NYSE:
IBM - news) to provide an end-to-end solution for comprehensive e-business site development and management. The Studio also includes a developer license for
the Lotus Domino Application Server Release 5 (R5), providing the means for web teams to rapidly develop e-business Web applications.

''The Domino Application Studio provides a combination of the industry's best Web software and servers,'' said Eileen Rudden, Lotus' senior vice president,
Communications Products Division. ''NetObjects site building products are a strong complement to Domino Designer and provide functionality that Domino
developers need to build, manage and update their collaborative e-business applications.''

''Lotus and NetObjects customers have appreciated the tight integration between our products and services,'' said David Kleinberg, executive vice president of
products at NetObjects. ''We're pleased to renew our partnership with Lotus to provide this latest comprehensive solution.''

This agreement reaffirms the ongoing relationship between NetObjects and Lotus to continue to provide best-of-breed e-business solutions and builds on the
