June 1st has been the deadline from the last (previous) extension of the stay order. HOWEVER, assuming that the court continues to see the on going progress nearing completion, finds the delay justified, and still believes that MPTV warrants the time, the judge would/could simply grant another extension.
So even if the we don't get the news that the finances were closed today, tomorrow or Monday, then we should, and obviously must get another extension. Which, if things are legitimately moving forward as we all eagerly anticipate, should be granted, and would then simply delay the conclusion of this proceeding, and our success along with their own, on into June. After all this time, years of promises and delays, this may really be just a small 'moments' delay.
Wishful thinking? Perhaps. But why give up now!
