I understand they sold most of the smaller clubs. As for the one in chicago, they have spent all most a year getting all the permits needed and have finally started on the project. So they tell me.
When I call the SEC or NASDAQ they tell me they can not respond to any of questions other then say they were delisted. Time will tell
