Darrell - Remember that Dell offers onsite repair and service - Resellers don't (90% of them). As I mentioned before, DELL built this capability using DEC Multi-vendor services, now CPQ services. CPQ currently has a better service capability than DELL. True there is some dislocation with resellers over the service issue but from a customer standpoint service is good and certainly complete. BTW DELL is still better in customer satisfaction over service, despite changing service partners.
