Big Money as you put it does not just by it all up at once. They simply by lots throughout the day and avg cost. 40K shares @ what Price? I said 25k and 50k @ $3 and that happened throughout the whole day/weeks. Heck, 250K shares one could have purchased below a dime. Joe PTG&LI !!!
