PRO RATA REFUND?????

Will there be a pro-rata refund of the fee you've received to provide NVID followers with NVID info when you decide to terminate your association with NVID, or if its terminated by NVID or others????

This is not old news, a debate topic, or proprietary NVID info - just a pure simple question.
