Should BIT be a takeover candidate? Innovative and dynamic business model, strong product (CX), leader in a potentially huge market, high growth rate, large and growing market share in Canada and the US, and apparently strong management. 40M market cap (28M USD), trades at about 8X projected '99 revs of 5-6M, with a PE of about 20. All quite attractive for a "profitable" internet company. I have no idea who, but it seems like a big player could take a company to the next level. Anybody heard anything about a TSE listing?
