Mike The attorney implies there may be other defendants. Interesting that the one perpetrator was 18 and one 17 and no legal distinction seems to have been made. I was called for jury duty recently, (it was a medical malpractice suit) and the attorney for the plaintiff in her remarks during jury selection asked if anyone thought we were too litigious today. Some thought so and she replied to them that statistics show we were more litigious in the late 1700's when the country was just beginning. The judge nodded in agreement.
