CBS-Tim, You might want to take a look at CBS as it has come back to a support level in the $40 range. I have position traded this issue twice in the past couple of months for +5-1/2pts and +6-5/8pts respectively. Seeing as this deal with OSI is ecretive(sp?) this might be a nice position play.
