1,000,000 shares issued during the period to the Company's bookkeeper/accountant in Omaha Nebraska for services rendered during previous periods
21,136,842 shares issued on conversion of Class B Preferred Stock
8,500,000 shares issued in a private placement
Preferred stock
3,000 shares or $30,000 in face value of Class A Preferred shares were issued to the Company's CEO and CFO in payment of deferred
salary.
As of May 21, '99 there were 274,615,516 shares issued. Current management certainly hasn't slowed down cranking out the shares. I suppose it's addicting. It's like having your own money machine.
