For shorting...a quick question. Just to clarify: on NASDAQ stocks....you can sell short on the way down? or does it have to be on an uptick... NYSE has to be on an uptick.. FOR NASDAQ - you can cover on down or uptick....right?? NYSE? when can you cover?? thanks ciV
