Mark,
I've been following the situation very closely over the past few months. I sold a good amount of stock before the last quarter #'s because I could'nt see how they could cut prices on the upgrades like that and not be taking a huge write-off, which is what happened. I bought back most of that stock in the mid-2's. The situation at Ross is bad at the moment but the whole street knows that and the stocks at $2 and change. In the short term I don't belive that Ross will fold, R&d is the biggest burden and Fred May wants to do joint ventures to relieve that burden, with Fujitsu and others. They are licensing the C-4 core to fujitsu for embedded processor development and this may also help cash flow in the short term. On another note it seems that Roger Ross leaving has boosted moral at Ross and some people who were going to leave have decided to stay. I am still a bull and It's an easier situation for a lot of people to understand now, if Ross survives your return will be huge, if Ross goes under you loss it all.
