DIVIT, They have a CODEC card. It uses Sigma's decoder chip but who's encoder CHIP? sigmadesigns.com Cube has an CODEC chip. You might want to compare the balance sheets also... I own equal dollar amount positions in SIGM and CUBE now, so I'm not trying to instill fear. Just wondering what's going on. I also considered the fact that SIGM might possibly be using CUBE's chip, but the company's higher-ups acted like they had invented it themselves on the recent conference call. You're right that CUBE has a better balance sheet. Obviously, the investment community hasn't given CUBE's balance sheet too much notice over the last few months however. CUBE needs to use that cash for an accretive acqusition like SIGM. Then they could get better margins for a while on DVD products and they would get the Netstream 2 product which is SIGM's bread and butter. No need to let that cash sit around. Grant BTW, CUBE's my only holding not in the red today. Showing some resiliance...
