Mr. Frank Wells reports
SCS Solars Computing Systems has appointed the first two members of the
company's international advisory board. Azim S. Fancy and Derek H.L.
Buntain will provide consultation on the company's plans for international
acquisitions and strategic investment.
Mr. Buntain is currently president of Goodman & Company (Bermuda) Limited,
an international investment management firm. He has many years experience
in international finance and has held senior executive positions in
corporate finance with Merrill Lynch Canada.
Mr. Fancy has an extensive background in a wide range of international
business affairs in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the United States,
which includes real estate investment, construction management, shipping
and commodities trading.
Frank Wells, chairman, commented, "The assistance of an experienced
international advisory board will prove invaluable as we accelerate and
maximize our global acquisition and investment opportunities. These first
two appointments signify our commitment to capitalize on the outstanding
international business opportunities that are emerging for Solars."
