ClassicVision Announces Launch of Several Profitable E-Commerce Sites
Business Editors

SAN DIEGO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1999--ClassicVision
Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:CLVE) President, Stephen Nemergut, announced
today that Rocket Inc., which is 49% owned by ClassicVision, is
significantly expanding its e-commerce commitment by re-launching
Americanastore.com and Kidsjokes.com.
Americanastore.com hopes to evolve into the net's leading
retailer of political consumer products such as Democratic and
Republican shirts and watches. This store will be aggressively
marketed on Americanpresidents.com, which receives hundreds of
thousands of hits each week.
Crazykidstore.com hopes to become a leading Internet retailer of
unique children's products. From real astronaut ice cream to an alien
voice-changing mask, the site offers hard-to-find toys with broad
appeal. Crazykidstore.com will be marketed on Kidsjokes.com, which is
viewed by thousands of children each week.
Rocket Inc. owns and operates a diverse group of Internet sites
outlined at Rocketlauncher.com. The company's main strategic focus is
political sites. However, the company's R&D department, through sites
like Kidsjokes.com and Crazykidstore.com, is continually exploring
content and e-commerce opportunities in other areas.
In addition, ClassicVision plans to announce the acquisition of
Tradercents.com early next week and will unveil the site officially to
the investing public. Tradercents.com is a financial web site offering
financial links, stock forums and live chat on the stock market and
investments. The company expects the site to grow substantially over
the next year and ultimately to act as a major information platform
for ClassicVision. Tradercents.com currently has no debt, net revenues
for the year-to-date in the mid-six figures, and fifteen companies
waiting to advertise on the site. By offering free memberships, the
hit counts have increased ten-fold, with the site now receiving over
3.5 million hits per month, generating very significant advertising
and promotional revenues.
ClassicVision also announced that the company is in the final
stages of acquiring an Internet gaming company that will give CLVE a
significant stake in the online gaming arena. Revenues to come from
this acquisition are anticipated to be in the mid-six figures per
month.
Nemergut stated: "We are extremely pleased with the direction our
company has taken. Through our negotiations and efforts we have
reached significant milestones in the Internet industry. Selecting and
acquiring unique niche sites that offer profitability at the current
time will solidify the potential in the short and long term for
ClassicVision Entertainment."
ClassicVision Entertainment Inc. is quoted on the OTC Bulletin
Board as "CLVE."
