Did anyone else notice at the end of the press release that the subsidiary which actually owns the rights to the Diasensor has undergone a name change. It was Diasensor, Inc. and it is now Diasensor.com Inc.

The only reason that they would add ".com" to the company's name that I can think of is if they intend to take it public as well. We all know how well any company with ".com" in their name does on an IPO.

How's this for a scenario:
(1) BICO gets FDA approval for Diasensor x000.
(2) BICO "loses" exclusive rights to Diasensor technology (the agreement expires or whatever).
(3) Diasensor begins manufacture itself (perhaps "buying" BICO facilities).
(4) Diasensor.com goes public as new entity IPO never before seen by investors.
(5) The BICO (Diasensor) gang make (another) fortunes off IPO, BICO shareholders get screwed as usual.

Am I paranoid?
