Notice how the stock has been pretty stable - even in this recent down market? All the bad news --and worse-- is baked in. (You think the multi-billion dollar haircut has factored in this multi-million dollar problem yet?) The nervous nellies are either gone or are on the sidelines, wringing their hands over whether or not they should buy it at the huge discount. They'll come in, all right -- most, however, after the stock has already made much of the move back up and the brokers/hand-holders are telling them it's "safe" again (like they were telling them when it was twice(+) the current price!). The next round of hand-wringing will no doubt go something like this: "Oh, drat! I KNEW I should have bought it in the $30's while I could! Darn it, I'll wait some more to see if it'll come back down there again, and THEN I'll be decisive!!")
