Production on this contract will start in about three years time. By then Derlan might not be an independent company. Anyone care to estimate what the margins will be on a contract like this? This will boost their revenues by about 20%, but I think it the biggest impact will be on the bottom line. Bear in mind, margins on these gear components is quite high.
