Well, freeus, I know a guy who needs a rental agent in Park City. They tag him 50% a year for a management fee to handle his townhouse rental. The way I see it, you could "steenth" the rental agency and handle this guy's 3 bedroom townhome rental... And I don't doubt for a minute your rental fee would go into Dell or CMGI, or AOL, so that's fine by me. Mark
