Milk. You don't understand me because the question was not to debate the merits of CHES.

It was to see if you had any real knowledge of how shells are marketed to private companys.

The number one sales point used in marketing a shell to a private company is how liquid the stock is. Does it trade, does the market know about it.

After all the only reason a private company goes public is to gain access to the public's capital to expand with, and that is the only reason. A full blown promotion to draw attention to the stock is not needed as the market is already aware of the stock.

All this talk about a SEC enforcement action 4 years ago means nothing or the stock would have been halted and not trading now.

SEC reporting statis is just a matter of hiring an accountant to put zeros on a page for the last few years and filing a form 10 with the SEC. CHES has until October to file the form 10.
