I'm surprised by the lack of comment here about the extended market hours that is now a near-certainty.

IMO, anything the MMs and Specialists don't like must be a good thing for us. The more that ECNs come into use, the more honest and visible the market will become, and the happier I'll be. I can take the lumps when I make a bad trade, but it really infuriates me when I get rooked out of even a nickle.

I'm glad to see the later hours, but the earlier hours for the Europeans will sure cut into my sack time. Always gotta have SOMETHING to grouse about, y'know. :-)
