Some TA: AOL's move today was very negative and baffling. Complete lack of follow-through after yesterday's closing rally. Volume was weak.
Stochoastics do look like they have bottomed out(short-term bullish). Volume was low.
Resistance points are coming down: 120(dense zone)the inability to recapture this level makes me pessimistic, then 130-135(Moving average zone), 140-145(lots of liquidations and shorts started here).

Supports: 115 has been a surprising support level-has been showing a nice bounce level, then 110(100dma), 92(200 dma, 50% 1yr retrace, dense zone).

I don't know what to make of this market. We could go either way. Trend is down. The safe play is to stay out for now.

I am medium term bearish. Momentum is gone. Interest rate fears prevail, the PE gurus are gaining momentum, trendline broken, Moving averages descending.
The only buy signal I see is stochoastics. Normally, that would be enough for me, but now I don't know. It could be the Memorial day holiday is cooling things further.
