For some reason, I don't think they need 70,000,000 shares to complete the deal, or this stock would be trading down with the rest of the market.

Regardless, I don't hedge my bets, I hope the deal fails, and I don't think the stock will be toast. If it is, I'll have my roasted Gill balls on toast...
