The cease trade order is due to failure to file annual and interim financial statements. This is not a major problem but it does put a blemmish on current management. GOOD start Dean and Dan! I hope you will not repeat the performance of your last 2 predessesors, Gilstead and Davis. Both screwed this company and shareholders. I hope that this is rectified quickly and that this will be the last time NRV will be in a similar predicament.
