CUBE needs to buy something like they need a hole in the head!! They've proven they can't manage the units they have now. How can any sane person think they can add to the "fumbles & dropped TD passes" and do any better? What they do need is for a third party investment banker to come in and show them that spinning 50% of Divi would be good. Screw the taxes and stuff....it is time. My god, Divi.com...slam dunk!! Already turning huge profits and margins...the IPO would go off no less than $50, when priced at $15-18. ...of course now the Nets are in tankville, so they have missed the boat AGAIN. :-( (hockey theme now!!!
