If it IS an offshore oil company (my guess), each country would have maybe 2 data/video lines plus 2 lines for each offshore installation, plus a main base onshore with another couple of data lines and a dozen voice lines, plus 2 or 3 satellite sites each with a couple of voice lines. That adds up to one 24-port DVG, one 12-port, and three 4-port. Multiply that by 6, and that's 30+ DVGs of various sizes plus ancilliary equipment plus installation plus FNET operation. Roughly $500K. |
