Tony,

There is a limit to how long Intel can keep up their scorched earth policy for CPUs. Rise makes a very small, low cost, low power die, and can manufacture them for a few bucks a pop. Can Intel afford to sell CPUs for $30?

There is a huge potential market for people who would like to buy sub-$200 desktops and sub-$500 laptops.
