Same inventor you said before. Same technology only different company name. As I stated before, I will look into this matter and make calls. GDM claimed ownership and certainly had something to do with its getting further developed. I will dig up info and make some calls. The whole GDM fiasco went away too quickly with issues obviously unresolved. I see the stock tumbled over $3 today on worries. I would guess there is a whole can of worms here.
