Don't count on it. If I don't miss my guess Gordon will probably screw this up like he has so many other deals by getting too cute with some hidden agenda. Would be such a waste if TSIG could come this far and frig Marty's appointment to the board up with some off-the-wall conditions that essentially nullify his vote. If more than one person is involved in an insider trading scheme does that constitute a criminal violation as in conspiracy? Is there such a thing as immunity for someone to squeal on someone else in SEC violations? If immunity were offered to someone would the sentence of the remaining individuals be longer. SC PS. And just who is BD? And does he trade in and out of TSIG? And just who is GB? And did he trade in and out of Phoenix? Isn't S8 stock fun?
