David-- This looks real dicey to me--for the 1st time the current liabilities exceed the current assets by $500,000, and if you exclude the 'goodwill' [which to me is nothing more than some accountant creating $6.3 million of of thin air] the stockholder equity is a deficit of $500,000. It appears to me that a lot of money has evaporated from a company that not long ago had stockholder equity of about $8 million without any self created goodwill that I recall. Sunny
