I think you make some very valid points, especially about the technology. However, I still think that there is going to be a lot of selling by insiders now that they have voted themselves this windfall. With such low average daily volume, the price is going to continue to be driven down unless there is something to significantly change the revenue outlook. 30,000 shares won't move most stocks $1, but it will move OTEXF.

Management owns 52% of the stock. Think of all of the employees who had nothing a couple of weeks ago. Now they can buy new cars, down payments on houses, etc. All they have to do is sell their stock. Remember, they already went through the stock dropping from 26 to 4.
