The situation with Cadence according to the company is in arbitration. That means they are negotiating the situation. CDN was very late as we know. Could even be a chance of countering them and coming out ahead. Time will tell. The way I understand it, the court did not allow the suit and injunction, so it did not happen. The court made them negotiate. We all knew about the contract. So there was really nothing to report. ADI could have said they (ADI) were disputing the contract, but maybe that would hurt the negotiations. They did include it in the year end filing. Not sure when it started. Hope this helps.
