Gator-can you (or anyone else in the swamp) comment, or give guidance on where to find, the SEC regulations regarding brokerages/institutions recommending OTC:BB stocks to after the completion of blue-sky. I have been under the impression that it is a violation of SEC regs for brokerages to recommend a BB stock regardless of its blue-sky status. And I must be dense today because I can't find it on the sec.gov site. TIA
