I acknowledge receiving your comment(s) about retiring the unissued shares, but I do not agree that "authorized but unissued" shares means very much in the scheme of things.

The key element seems to be earnings per share (either actual or fully diluted), but shares which are authorized but have not been issued do not enter into either of these calculations.

So, while I hear you, I fear we are destined to disagree on this issue.
