Definitely a finance person at the top. Then the technology group: Alex Mantsvetov – Director of Business Development Gennadii Ivtsenkov, Ph.D – Chief Engineer Dr. Arcadii Rozenstein – Director of Science Who appear to have Russian origins with laser expertise of some sort!
